Order Placement and Acceptance
To place the order, client has to make 50% payment and 50% payment will be paid when order will be ready and shipping slip will be given. Or it can be as per the mutual discussion.
Pricing and Payment Terms
After agreement, we will proceed ahead for manufacturing. It is important that client release the payment on time or package shall we hold to deliver.
Production and Delivery
After confirmation of the production order. Delivery time will be updated to the client in advance. Delivery time also subject to changes depending on the changes or alteration given by client.
Changes and Cancellations
After confirmation of the order, there can be minor changes done in the order. If there will be major changes, then it can be additional cost depending on the requirements. Cancellation of the order can be done before procurement of the fabric or other material. Or payment can be adjusted in other order, but it is not refundable.
Quality Standards
We will develop the products as per the given quality standards or as discussed.
Confidentiality
Order which will be developed, it will remain confidential, but we can upload on our website and social media pages to show as a portfolio.
Force Majeure
If there will be any kinds unforeseen circumstances or natural disaster that may affect the ability to fulfill orders on time. But company will prefer to deliver the order timely.
